MW-FR8040-400 (Fouling Resistant Spiral Wound Reverse Osmosis Membrane ELements) can be used in the treatment of high concentration brackish water with high desalting rate and the fouling resistance, while maintaining high effective membrane area. The membrane area of 400 square feet and 34mil feed spacer with latest process technology provide pH tolerance range for cleaning is 1.5-12, and have excellent cleaning resistance.

Notes:
a. Once the membrane element is permeated with water, please keep it moist, otherwise the performance of the membrane element will be damaged.
b. At the beginning of operation, the water supply pressure should be gradually increased within one minute, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the membrane element.
c. At the early stage of operation, the performance of membrane element cannot reach the best immediately. It is suggested that washing should be given priority in the first two hours. When the system runs for more than 24 hours, the performance of membrane element will continue to improve and tend to be stable.
d. Cleaning the pH range is between 1.5 and 12, that is more conducive to protecting the desalted layer and prolonging the service time of the membrane element.
e. Maximum allowable pressure drop of single pressure vessel is 30psi（2bar）.
f. At any time and any position of the membrane element, it is necessary to avoid the back pressure of the water producing side and prevent the concentration polarization phenomenon.
