The project winners of the 2022 China Association for Quality Technology Award have been announced. The member enterprises of China Building Materials Group won three awards. Among them, "Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies of High-efficiency and High-quality large Composite Wind turbine Blades" jointly declared by Sinoma Technology Wind Turbine Blades Co., LTD., and Beijing FRP Composite Materials Co., LTD., won the second prize. "Development and Application of Quality Control Technology for Low-density Anti-insulation Materials for Hypersonic Aircraft" and "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Quality Reliability of Composite Evacuation Platform for Urban Rail Transit" declared by Beijing Glass and Steel Institute Composite Material Co., Ltd. won the Excellence award.
The Quality and Technology Award of China Association for Quality was established in 2005. It is the only science and technology award approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Office for Science and Technology Awards in the field of quality and technology in China. "Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies of High Efficiency and High Quality Large composite wind turbine Blades" was jointly declared by Sinoma Blade and Beijing Glass Co., LTD. Centering on the direction of "green materials, efficient forming and intelligent manufacturing", it has overcome a series of core technologies and taken the lead in solving the problem of efficient manufacturing of megawatt blades in the industry. Promote the upgrading and transformation of blade from high-speed development to intelligent manufacturing with green, environmental protection and high quality development. A complete set of technology formed by the project has been promoted and applied in more than 40 series products of Sinoma Material blades. In the past three years, the cumulative sales of more than 10,000 sets of blades have reached more than 20 billion yuan in sales revenue.
"Development and Application of Quality Control Technology of Low-density anti-insulation Materials for Hypersonic Aircraft" was submitted by Beijing Glass Co., LTD. It is under the support of national science and technology projects, after more than ten years of systematic research, with a hypersonic aircraft engineering as the demand traction, through a series of key technological breakthroughs, It has realized the leap from traditional thermal protection materials to low-density thermal protection materials and from simple structure to special-shaped structure. Through advanced quality management and application of quality tools, it has realized engineering stable production and manufacturing.
"Research and Application of Key Technologies of Quality Reliability of Composite Evacuation Platform for Urban Rail Transit" was submitted by Beijing Glass Co., LTD. It adopts PDCA cycle in the design and manufacturing process of composite evacuation platform, overcomes all difficulties in the production process of composite evacuation platform, and makes a major breakthrough in high performance, long life, low cost and practicability. The company has realized large-scale stable production and manufacturing, reaching the leading level in China, providing a strong guarantee for the application of composite materials in the field of rail transit and public safety facilities.
