Product introduction

Papermaking tank adopts thermoset resin as its main matrix and glass fiber as reinforced-material. During the processes, continuous fibers are screw-winded on the mould, the smallest winding-angle was 60 degree.

The whole fabrication procedures of Lianzhong^TM FRP papermaking industry tanks are automatically controlled by computer. At first the inner layer is made on the core mould according to the design, after the gelation of inner layer, the structure layers are winded to achieve the designed thickness, the last process is to wind the outer protection layer.

Using

The FRP tank is specially designed according to the use conditions required by the user. Without the permission of the technical department of the supplier, the user cannot change the concentration, temperature and type of the stored medium.

Test standard

The FRP tank is subject to the industry standard JC/T587, and the exported product is subject to ASTM D3299.
