Membrane housing made of FRP/fiberglass materials is designed for extended life under corrosive conditions, suitable for seawater conditions and could be perfectly connected to industry-standard membrane elements The max operation pressure is up to 1200 PSI. Widely used in food & beverage, pharmaceutical chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and petrochemical, reclaimed water reuse, seawater desalination and other water treatment projects.
The combination of glass fiber and epoxy resin is specially cured to form a natural corrosion resistant product. The inner surface is smooth and the coating has good stability to low concentrations of acids, bases, salts, oils and other solvents. It can effectively inhibit seawater and microorganisms from entering the capsule. Therefore, the FRP membrane housing can be used for a long time without corrosion.

Location of inlet and outlet port: 2 pieces of zero degree horizontal side ports.(standard) Customers can chose multiple ports according to their requirements.
Note: Each end has a maximum of 4 ports. And the angle of side ports is 180° for the port bigger than 2”.
