Product introduction
Papermaking tank adopts thermoset resin as its main matrix and glass fiber as reinforced-material. During the processes, continuous fibers are screw-winded on the mould, the smallest winding-angle was 60 degree.

Product-processes
The whole fabrication procedures of LianzhongTM FRP papermaking industry tanks are automatically controlled by computer. At first the inner layer is made on the core mould according to the design, after the gelation of inner layer, the structure layers are winded to achieve the designed thickness, the last process is to wind the outer protection layer.
