Membrane Pressure Vessels

FRP membrane housing, also known as membrane pressure vessels, are support products for reverse osmosis, sodium filtration, ultrafiltration and other equipment. The FRP membrane is made by winding, and the interior and exterior of the membrane are polished. FRP enclosures are available in major sizes of 4 "and 8" and include reverse osmosis equipment parts, end caps, membrane tube flange seals and silicone O-rings. Widely used in various water treatment engineering, pharmaceutical, electronics, chemical industry and other industries.

Relative density of FRP membrane housing is 1.5 ~ 2.0, which is only 1/4 ~ 1/5 of that of carbon steel, but its tensile strength is close to or even higher than that of carbon steel. Its specific strength can be compared with that of high alloy steel for corrosion resistance. FRP is a kind of good corrosion resistance material. Good corrosion resistance to water, general concentration of acid, alkali, salt, and various oils and solvents.

End-port and side-port design with pressure rating from 150PSI to 1200 PSI.

The bearing plate adopts aerial processing craft which efficiently improves the intensity and capacity to resist deformation. Seal kit adopts special structure and technique which efficiently enhances the leak tightness, anti-aging and simple assembly and dis-assembly. The three-turning locking ring which is designed according to the human body mechanics for easy installation and removing.
