Precautions for ground pipeline installation:
All valves must have independent supports. The pipe fixing bracket must be sturdy to ensure that there is no movement and vibration. The function of the pipe hanger is not to clamp the pipe but to release the thermal stress. For long pipelines, it is very important to arrange the support points reasonably. Beware that the deformation of the pipeline will cause the pipeline to twist and cause damage.
On-site storage :
When placing the pipe directly on the ground, make sure that the ground is flat and free of rocks or other hard objects. It is also a good way to place the pipe on the mound of backfill material. All pipes must be blocked by female crabs to prevent the pipes from rolling in windy weather.
