Raw material
Resin, chopped strand mat, fiberglass, woven roving, mesh fabric, gauze, etc.
Advantage
1) Corrosion resistance: the pipe is lined with epoxy vinyl resin, which can resist the corrosion of flue gas and liquid containing sulfur and fluorine in thermal power plants.
2) Heat resistance: pipe lining resin is made of epoxy vinyl resin with HDT (thermal deformation temperature) of 110 ℃, with instantaneous temperature resistance up to 220 ℃.
3) Wear resistance: wear-resistant packing is added when the pipeline is made, and the inner surface layer and outer surface layer are smooth and the roughness coefficient is low, and the wear resistance is excellent in the liquid with solid content of 15%.
4) Thermal shock resistance: FRP made of epoxy vinyl resin has excellent thermal shock resistance to avoid delamination in thermal shock conditions up to 200 ℃.
